Instructions for providing Sales Tax Exemption Certificates

The TXMstore charges tax on orders shipping to states where it is required to collect tax.  A valid reseller certificate must be in place during purchase to qualify for sales tax exemption.  If you are a tax-exempt organization or reseller, you can take the following steps to avoid paying taxes on your order – 

1.  Please make sure you have a registered account for our online store.  If you are not registered, you can do register for a new acount at https://www.txmstore.com/login.php
2.  After you have registered an account on our store, you can then apply for tax exemption on your orders by emailing your certificate to Taxexempt@txmstore.com

The exemption information will be loaded by our accounting department under your registered account that will allow your new order to be processed as tax exempt, as well as all future orders.  We will notify you as soon as we have tagged your account as tax exempt, and then you can complete your new order thru our store.

If you have already placed an order thru our store and had to pay tax, you can email your reseller certificate form to the same email address above and request a refund for the sales tax paid.
